The Fine Print

Guests will receive one set of keys and garage door opener. There will be a fee for any lost or damaged items.

  • Checkins are scheduled by appointment or in some cases by following our self check in process. Read your welcome manual carefully to see what applies to the unit you booked.
  • No Packages or Parcels can be received in the apartment
  • Do not smoke inside the apartment.
  • Make sure you always park in the assigned spot otherwise you might get towed at your own expense.
  • Please leave dishes clean.
  • No visitors nor parties allowed.
  • Please be respectful to neighbors. Remember this is not a hotel.
  • Please, keep the noise down after 10 pm.

Guests are expected to be respectful. Any proof of excessive noise, occupancy or events will result in your expulsion of the property with no refund, or a fine.

Please note: This is not a hotel. Do not contact or check-in with the management of the apartment complex. Should you have any questions please contact your Nomad Dwelling Guest Service Representative.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Nomad Dwelling in advance of your expected arrival time. Remember we don’t have a front desk at the buildings premises therefore the key exchange needs to be programmed with one of our greeters.

A security deposit will be required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The amount varies depending on the listing’s location.

Occupancy Limits

The maximum occupancy is 8 people for a three-bedroom unit, 6 people for a two- bedroom unit, and 4 people for a one-bedroom unit and some Studios. This includes adults and children. Special permission is required for extra people.

Check in and Check out

Your check-In and key delivery time must be previously agreed prior to your arrival.

In most of our units Guests will need to check-in between 3:00 and 7:00 PM. In units located in the USD there is a $35 USD late check-in fee if you arrive after 7:00 PM. This ensures that a representative will be taking care of your arrival.

In most of our listings check outs time is 10:00 AM. A late check-out may be possible for $35 USD extra charge. Check-outs later than 2:00 PM require booking an additional night. All requests for late check in or check out must be arranged in advance.

If we are not informed of a delay in departure, a penalty of $100 USD per hour will be charged and will be deducted from your security deposit or from your credit card.

Do not return any items to the management office or to anyone other than our staff.

Upon checkout, all doors and windows must be closed and A/C turned off. Leave the parking FOB, parking sticker, parking pass, beach pass, garage remote and/or gate remote, and unit and facility keys on the dining table inside the unit.

Should we encounter any damaged item(s) during the inspection after your checkout. we will charge the amount equal to the value of the damaged item(s) along with a 20% administrative fee through the resolution center for AirBnB guests and a credit charge for all other channels.

Unit Visit

The accommodation provider has the right to enter the unit giving a verbal or a written 24-hour notice to the occupant.

Cancellation Policy

Only applicable if you make your reservation using this website. For reservations made on other channels please see the applicable policy on your booking confirmation.

  • If guest cancels 7 full days prior to your check in you will get refunded 50% of your reservation.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
